Service Requests and Appointments
Submitting a request or booking a time online asks us to schedule a service visit. Booked times are proposed appointments: we honor them whenever possible, and if travel distance, parts, or an emergency requires a change, we will contact you to adjust. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text us as early as you can.
Estimates and Pricing
Repair pricing depends on the machine, the problem, and the parts required. We quote costs directly to you before work is performed. Travel charges for locations outside our regular service area are discussed and agreed with you in advance. Prices quoted by phone or in person supersede anything implied elsewhere.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is completed unless we agree otherwise. We accept card payments through our payment provider, and invoices may be sent to you electronically.
Parts and Workmanship
Manufacturer parts carry the warranties provided by their manufacturers. Any guarantee on our workmanship is as stated on your invoice or agreed with you directly. If something we repaired is not right, contact us and we will make it right or tell you straight what your options are.
Warranty Dispatch Work
When your repair is covered by a warranty program (for example, a manufacturer or home warranty plan), the terms of that program govern coverage, approvals, and payment for covered work. We perform the repair; coverage decisions belong to the warranty company.
